With years of experience as a Charge Nurse, Nazo developed strong leadership and clinical expertise, ensuring high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments. She further expanded her impact in healthcare by serving as an Assistant Director of Care (ADOC) in Ontario, where she played a key role in healthcare management and patient advocacy.
Driven by a passion for beauty and wellness, Nazo has cultivated a keen eye for medical aesthetics, blending her clinical expertise with an artistic approach to help clients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results. She is currently furthering her expertise by completing her Medical Aesthetics certification with the trusted Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM), ensuring she stays at the forefront of industry standards and advanced techniques.

Saima Mohmand is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP-PHC) and the Medical Director of Lapis Medical Aesthetics. With a strong foundation in critical care, psychiatry, emergency medicine, oncology, and primary care, she brings a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to healthcare and aesthetics.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from the University of Ottawa in 2015 and pursued advanced training, completing her Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with a Nurse Practitioner specialization in Primary Health Care (PHC) at Athabasca University. With years of experience in ICU, psychiatry, emergency, and primary care, Saima has developed expertise in both acute and long-term patient care, currently working in oncology and primary care.
As the Medical Director of Lapis Medical Aesthetics, Saima leads with a commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence. She is also completing her Medical Aesthetics certification with the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM), further integrating her clinical expertise with aesthetic medicine.
